- How can I customize my ChatBob chatbot?
- You can customize your chatbot in the "Settings" section of your dashboard. You have the option to edit the greeting message and the color.
- Can I remove ChatBob branding from my chatbot?
- Yes, you can remove the ChatBob branding. To do this, you'll need to subscribe to either the Standard or Ultimate plans.
- What happens if I exceed my message limits on a free plan?
- There are no message limits on a paid plan. If you exceed your message limit on a free plan (100 messages), you will see a prompt in your dashboard to upgrade. Your bot will only return "Sorry, I do not know that!" on every message until you upgrade.
- What languages are supported?
- ChatBob supports more than 50 languages. It will respond in the language that your customers ask questions in. You can change the initial message from the English default "Hi, what can I help you with?" to the language of your choice.
